Khashoka was founded in Jordan in the 1970s. Over five decades, we’ve opened locations across eight countries — Jordan, the UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Iraq, Libya, and now the United States. Richardson is our first in North America.
What we bring

- An import supply chain. We source most ingredients from Jordan directly — olives, makdous, spices, dairy elements. Operators don’t have to rebuild it.
